Hyderabad: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) jointly with Sohar Port and Freezone, Oman, Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India and Hyderabad Management Association organized an interactive session in Hyderabad to spread awareness on various business opportunities in Oman for Indian enterprises.
Indian companies can access Sohar Port and Freezone strategic advantages and location within global trade routes to maximize their market reach in the Middle East, Africa, and the US.
Speaking about these business opportunities, Pratik Lunavia, Business Development Manager - India, Sohar Port and Freezone provided an overview of multiple benefits and incentives offered by the port and free zone to foreign companies.
FTA Advisor, Emmee Haun, explained Oman’s Free Trade Agreements with different countries, and how Indian businesses can utilize Sohar Freezone to access the US market. The Additional Director of Assocham, Dinesh Babu Macha, gave a brief introduction about ASSOCHAM’s role and its initiatives.
